There is another Pgh - Cleveland connection with the Shaker system being
very similar to Library and Drake:::
.
.......2-lines use a common throat to a junction where there is a
cutback loop (ala 37-Shannon!~!) -- totally prw with entry into
subway terminal in downtown Cleveland. Operations were Extremely
Fast and Very Enjoyable.

- here the 3-car PCC """Train""" is Either entering the loop or
heading for Van Aken.
.

- The shared portion of the two Shaker Lines (Overbrook in Pgh.) was
totally grade separated.
.

Shaker yard showing left side door of extra long Pullman - believe that
door was never used. One of the older cars which is also typical of
the older cars used on Cleveland Streets.
.
http://lists.dementia.org/files/pittsburgh-railways/cleve01.jpg -
Cleveland City system had not a few Trolley Coach lines - often the case
when TrolleyCar lines were abandoned they were replaced by TrolleyCoaches.
.
Enclosed is a photo of two Museum Cars loaned to Shaker to cover a car
shortage during modernization of the line to light rail - line has
Always Been Light Rail by definition. These Museum cars originally
ran on the Illinois Terminal Interurban system!!!
