In other reports Leroy multiplies certain passenger statistics by 1.33
to come up with some kind of 'estimate.'

Seems there is a Tremendous Amount of assumption made with figgers in
all these 1948 PRCo reports and I question how much is fact and // or
good interpretation.

It will be interesting to see John and // or Ed chime in on these stats
as they have tremendous experience with such info.
