This is apparently where 4006 came from. Or should I say where it was 'rescued' from ! 
  The card the guy gave me at the bridge has two addresses, his home address in Pataskala, OH (near Columbus and north of I-70) and a "Work Site" address in Thornville, OH (beside both Buckeye Lake and I-70)
   
  After looking at those photos I think there should be a criminal charge of "Cruelty to a Rail Vehicle".
