LATL is the UnDisputed Domain of The Best Overhead Trolley Wire 
Construction.     But Pittsburgh is Not Far Behind  --  note the 
overhead construction here on 3rd and Ferry  --  Very Smooth.     The 
BackBone wire which runs outboard of the insulators mounted to the 
hangers keeps the same  --  Insulators and Hangers  --  perpendicular to 
the contact wire under the strain of the spans that come in at an 
angle~!~!~!     Good 'Ol 1601 City Car in the distance, turning onto 4th 
from Ferry.
