 >From Bion J Arnold's 1910 report on PRCo the East Liberty Express 
Passenger Count on Saturday(?) 09-April-1910.     The checking point for 
the passenger counts was Liberty and 11th so, according to this, Both IB 
and OB cars passed this point and used Liberty both directions.
