Here is another map showing one leg cut in for the turn from tunnel to 
E.Carson.     This would give access to Other Bridges across the 
Mon.     Kennywood Charters from Dormont turned here and ran along 
E.Carson, then across the Mon ala 77/54 to Forbes and out 68 to the 
Park~!~!~!     The other turn is needed to allow route-50 PM rush 
trippers and last cars in the evening to pull into Tunnel  --  when that 
was added is unknown at this moment.
