[PRCo] Routes 1910

That URL I provided for this file wasn't good when printed - looked nice 
on screen but couldn't read it there.

Scanned the legal size page in 4-pieces and merged  --  had trouble 
because the original copies were copied at different angles~!~!     You 
will see a blip between 411 and 413 but the columns correspond  --  
numbering errors down the right side as compared to the left side~!~!~!
