I'll be terse. If you click things which are legitimate list mail "spam" 
instead of just dropping them in the trash if you don't want to read 'em, 
you increase the likelihood your ISP will block all mail from the list 
entirely. This is particularly true of AOL.

If they block the list, there is then nothing I can do to fix it.
