I see in factory photos , St Louis shipped some cars with rolls installed, some appeared to have empty light bulb sockets in the window. So, I wonder how rolls in a town as big as Pgh were managed? Did each barn have its own specific roll ? Would a Charleroi 1700 have a "21 Fineview" available?

  to Liberty and out 87 or 88 lines)  for Inspection / outfitting  (sign 
  curtains, etc.)     Then to home division.
