[PRCo] Pittsburgh Telephone Exchange Names

Attached is a page from a circa-1960 Pittsburgh telephone directory showing
the exchange names.  Since they were not listed complete for the central
area, I have added the names at left.  They are in order in much the same
way as PRCo numbered their destinations...go clockwise from the Ohio River.
