Unless it was a dire emergency PATransit would not place interurban PCCs on 42--43--42-/38--49. Even 37-Shannon had mostly city type PCCs assigned. This is why I prefered to work in 35 and 36 lines..............I had a better riding car.

Comments here on the list , much info, and many facts reveal that PRCo 
does things in a very definite and orderly fashion. The Interurban 
PCCs were strictly used for Library, Drake and Shannon runs into 
({[pat]}) days --- Y~E~S -- there are exceptions but they are 
very unusual.
