This was an official picture.  It had a similar front sign, along with
panels that read DEMONSTRATOR.  Photo attached.
Remember, this was a one-of-a-kind car at this point in time...they didn't
know absolutely that it would work.

PITTSBURGH was there when #100 was new. Look at the photo. Is it an official
PRCo photo, Ed? Are there more?

CHARLEROI was probably installed for one of the charters.
