The Gotham City via Batcave was silkscreened on one of the regular destination signs on a 1600 series car. I don't recall the car number. However, I ran the car several times in tripper service. I remember the front destination sign had only a few aspects. Something like:
  CAR HOUSE
  CHARTER
  42 DORMONT
  43 NEELD AVE
  42/38 MT LEBANON VIA DORMONT
  42/38A CASTLE SHANNON VIA MT LEBANON
  55-E PGH HOMESTEAD
  56 MCKEESPORT VIA 2ND AVE
  57 GLENWOOD
  58 GREENFIELD
  98 GLASSPORT
  GOTHAM CITY VIA BAT CAVE
   
  A strange combination of signs. The times I had that car on an A.M. rush hour tripper I would put up either the Gotham City of 98-Glassport when going back to SHJct from downtown. People did look at the sign and I could see comments being made about it.
