[PRCo] Little Washington - Jefferson/Maiden question

Inspired by Jim's recent pictures of this line, I'm wondering:

During the summer, was Washington Park served only by trippers, or did regular 
runs go up the branch instead of proceeding the extra block to the Maiden 
Street terminus?

Second, I suppose it's too much to hope for that somebody, sometime might have 
caught a picture of a trolley on Dunn Avenue with a B&O train passing overhead. 
That would be sooooo cool.
