#1 is definitely Tom Fitzgerald.  It's also winter...the street has cinders
in between and on top of the brick.  I will have to look to see if there is
any information on the back of the print.

Had PRCo already entered second bankruptcy in 1936?     Wasn't
Fitzgerald in charge of Trustees  --  don't have info handy?

Know little about the receivership but the little I do know suggests
quite strongly that the Trustees acted like a Loving Parent toward PRCo
and took their job quite seriously, providing where they could,
upgrading with new PCCs, rebuilding the track in not a few places,
etc.     Sure, all this would be needed but they could have neglected
the same.
