I am reviewing photos and noticed the inspector looking at track just north of derail in 1200 shot and then riding the steps of interurban 1617 as it passes the same spot which seems like an unusual movement, doesn't it.    Both photos are dated the same.    It raises a couple questions we can't answer, can we.    What was he looking at and why the movement behind the building?   Maybe a car trade for the latter - maybe 1617 had trouble here inbound and they are trading it coming outbound.
