Yet it was named Elco Loop. It was about on the borough boundary, but
always on the Roscoe side.

Common misconception. The loop was not in Elco but wholly within the
Borough of Roscoe. If you fail to believe that, Ed Lybarger will be
delighted to send you the property drawings which show the borough boundry
line south of the loop.
