Actually it's feeling much better already. I can now bend it and straighten it out, but I'm not about to test it any further. I guess the good Dr. knows what he's talking about. Hopefully it heals on its own. I'm not about to try and bend over using my knees as that's how it started. Something still isn't right though. PTM or bust!
