[PRCo] Only Change Remains Constant

Look at the changes over the course of a decade. The '57 Plymouth in the 
postcard view is the newest car I see. Now look at the second photo. The 
Pontiac and the Chevelle are circa 1966.
I point out the model years of the automobiles to set a time reference. Look 
at the buildings, streetlights, condition of the feeder cables, etc. Also 
note that in both photos, people dressed more formally than today. Even 
casual wear had buttons and collar.

I wonder if that is the same police officer in both pix?
