Yes, although the Schuylkill Valley Metro would/will follow Reading main line toward Pottstown and Reading.  It is currently being looked at as a regional rail extension.
 
The RAD proposal would have followed a Reading rr branch towards Exton.
 
It both cases would have tried to serve western suburbs of 5 county area.
