That is the Pittsburgh content ... you live 25 feet from your neighbors.

But who says prices will not escalate.   If I own the factory making  
the heat pump and the price of oil goes up, then I'll raise the price  
of the heat pumps just to make more money.   Economics 101.   That  
works until someone else cuts me off and makes a cheaper heat pump.
