Yes, that sounds like the government doesn't it - acknowledge it but don't follow through.

I don't see a picture of the model.  Brooklyn did but I don't remember SF and PE having next car lights.  Are they confusing the catcher on the SF cars with this light?  Are we going to have another SE PE car?  Didn't Bachmann do this about a decade ago?
