[PRCo] Re: an unknown Pittsburgh coal haulage trolley line?

Too bad this is not a better image.  I'm curious about what appears to be
another inclined plane to the right of the C.S, incline.  The structure at
top would be at the top of William street.  Enlarging the photo shows that
it is definitely an incline, but it is much too close to be the Mt.
Washington incline.
