Bus service will be discontinued to Ford City and Ford Cliff starting on Feb 1st if the two communities do not continue a contract to support Town And County Transit. The TACT board met Wednesday and voted unanimously to discontinue bus service to the communities if Ford City does not agree pay an annual $6,800 and Ford Cliff, its $900 share. TACT general manager Michael Johnston said TACT has not received communication from representatives of either community, and neither sent a representative to the meeting.
The Steelers sale has been approved by the NFL.
