Yes the answer is 'no' isn't it - homeless numbers being accurate.  Apologies 
Mr.Schneider but I 'misplaced' your original email.  Such numbers beg
inaccuracy don't they and much inconsistency.

I am speaking more from experience; walking the streets of Portland OR and 
the number of homeless relative to most anywhere else is absolutely astounding.  
The amount of homeless is not expected here and I mean the really down and 
out who appear to have been homeless since birth and don't know how / 
can't escape the chains.  Large groups of them everywhere one turns which
strongly suggests one is elsewhere not in Portland.  Friends who have visited
comment similarly.

Enough; all this population talk is theoretical and chatter for the sake of chatter.
