Amen. Some people, yes Bob. What is interesting is the 6.7%
downturn in gaming. And yet I too find I have to wait in line to
buy my evening newspaper behind the guy buying lottery tickets. I
guess there is a parallel to how well the movie industry did in the
1930s when people needed a fantasy world.
I find it astonishing that we don't want the democrats to reallocate
our money but we can go out and do the same thing gambling. In this
state it is government that makes the profit off the lottery. I
would love to see an age distribution for the casinos in Atlantic
City. At least mid week there are a lot of people trying desperately
to get rid of their pensions and social security checks. They
usually succeed.
