Mr.Cramer;

Very Nice photo; assume you are the person on the far left.

This link didn't come through.

Been 'musing' as to why a listing for 'trumpet' wasn't in Strong's. The 'sound' that is
made (in the future) re: the above listed verse will be very distinct but heard only
by the Redeemed; others will not hear this 'trumpet' will they. This may be why
a specific translation is not available for that 'sound.'

The Amplified Bible uses 'trumpet' as well but makes the verse more plain:
"In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the [sound of the] last trumpet call.
For a trumpet will sound, and the dead [in Christ] will be raised imperishable
(free and immune from decay), and we shall be changed (transformed)."

You mention you are Presbyterian:
Are you aware of Dr.D.James Kennedy? He has a church in Florida and is quite the
Biblical teacher / preacher. He has a TV ministry; it is probably available in your area.
Diane Bish is his organist (or was;) she would travel Europe and record recitals
on various organs there and she would play. She has some excellent Christmas
programs doesn't she.

Phil
