Mr.Matsick;

Thank you for this information; I don't know how I missed it. I feel tremendously
blessed because of Dr.Kennedy's ministry. I guess the TV ministry is repeat
broadcasts now; I still learn from them.

Believe it or not I discovered Dr.Kennedy when living in San Francisco. There was
an UHF religious channel (42?) which had a tremendous number of exceptionally
good TV ministries; Jack Hayford was one with a ministry out of LA or Orange County.
Mr.Hayford penned and provided the music for the popular worship Hymn: "Majesty"

Dr.Kennedy first seemed 'very formal' to me but one Easter Sunday he preached
a fantastic message about death and resurrection. This is one of those few Sundays
when churches are packed to over flowing with those who only attend 2 or 3
times a year. Dr.Kennedy preached that: "Lawyers can't argue death away; surgeions
can't cut death out; police can't arrest death..." He had what seemed like an endless
list of people who can't affect death. He wrapped it up beautifully in the Hope
of resurrection and LIFE Eternal in the Presence of God!

Dr.Kennedy was well versed in American History and the intent of the founding father's
approach to Faith. Too many today interpret their intent as 'freedom from' rather than
'Freedom-OF-Religion.'

Dr.Charles Stanley of Atlanta is a favorite of mine as well; discovered him decades ago.
He has a ministry of encouragement, doesn't he. Actually taped some of his and other
ministries; very much like Dr.Stanley's choir. (Believe the Doublemint-Twins attend
his church - or their look-alikes.)

Mr.Matsick, Are you familiar with Dr.Rice and his publication Sword Of The Lord?
I haven't seen it for decades but he had a way of really making the Scriptures clear
not unlike Nehemiah-8:8: "They read from the Book of the Law of God, making
it clear [translating it] and giving the meaning so that the people could understand
what was being read."

Yes! We are ever closer to the end of this Age, aren't we.

Thank You, Mr.Matsick, for speaking up; you have greatly added to the
Merriment of this Christmas!

Phil
