Do we have to put in for vacation time from the list or may we just take time off? If so is it done, as at PRCo/PATransit, in seniority order? 
   
  We are having a very heavy (and I do mean HEAVY) snowfall in Cleveland right now. Started snowing early morning and gets heavier by the hour. Can't even see the end of the block at Prospect/30th Street.
   
  I going out and do another 'test' of the four wheel drive on the city streets.
