[PRCo] Johnstown PCC scrapping

I made numerous trips to Johnstown in 1959-60 when trolleys were running, 
then again from 1961 to 1964 to see what was happening to them.
On April 30, 1961 I photographed four PCC's that were still stored in good 
condition at Moxham - see attached photos of 407, 409, 411 and 417.

I was back at Moxham in April, 1964.  The PCC's were gone by then, and I had 
to be content photographing the electric trolley buses there.  At that time 
I was not aware of the scrap yard along the river, and it's possible that 
the PCC bodies were gone by the time I was in the area in late April, 1964.
