JTC didn't throw things away easily.  I remember also seeing all the boxes
of GMC spare parts for their first order of buses (long since gone, too).

Thank you Mr.Lybarger.  I 'guessed' the 1960s since It would seem that such
a donation would be made closer to JTC bustitution; it is amazing that JTC
held on to a PCC front so long when everything else was scrapped isn't it.
I agree that the specific date is not important.
