In Los Angles, bus is down over the year.  Orange is up slightly.    
Rail us up greatly.

In San Diego bus is up 10% over the year.   Rail up as much as 17%.

Makes me wonder how they are counting bus in L. A.   Perhaps the same  
way the count in Philadelphia?
