Yup.   For one, the location is off by quite a few miles.  It was  
taken on Braddock at Bennet Street where the company commonly took  
record photos.   Can you imagine posing a car today in the middle of  
of the two principal thorofares into Penn Hills while you set up a  
view camera, hunker down under the black cloth, and compose the  
picture on the ground glass?

And the year 1915 is also a long way from the truth.   This was also  
a One-man / two-man car as built.
