[PRCo] Too Much Snow

I suppose what is captured in the attached photo could also happen to a PRCo/PAT PCC car in these conditions. 
   
  This RTA low-floor NABI transit bus is stuck in a drift westbound on Superior Avenue in front of the Federal Reserve Bank. There was also another low-floor stuck just to the rear of the camera.
