I don't know if any of our (limited) real estate records would show this or
not.  It's obviously a tiny structure.

The date of the plat book is the same as the one in our library, and its
presence may or may not accurately reflect its presence.  Sometimes those
maps didn't get updated as much as the publisher would have you believe.

Ed, first thanks for looking into this. Second if it helps I think that map
was dated 1934. At least that want it reads.

1934 Volume 9 - South Side and Southern Vicinity: Plate 28

I just noticed the track appears to end in a building, any clue about the
building? I think the map legend indicates a frame structure, but my color
blindness could be showing.
