 Yes. Did you see the pix that I sent from my own private investigation in November? Now in the photo you sent, I believe Chartiers Creek is improperly located. The creek was to the right(in your photo) of the substation. I know because, although it was not too wide, I still couldn't get across to take closeup photos of the old Substation. The path(what looks like a path) going north and south to the left of the industrial building was the old RR ROW(I want to say Pennsy). This is where I found a rail spike that was probably from the RR, not the interurban. I want to go back again with some boots on to get across the creek. But Ed has warned me not to get too close to the Sub. as bricks may fall down. Doesn't look like it will be too long before it does indeed colapse. 
  When I took my photos in November, I was standing to the southwest of the Sub. to the left of the old RR ROW on the edge of the creek.
