If the aerial photo is oriented north top then note just below center left where the creek bed appears to flow from east to west before heading south doesn't it. The creek appears to come out of the trees below the substation. There was a small trestle that the interurbans crossed just south of the Tylerdale yards property and this is where the trestle probably crossed. The barn and substation were essentially parallel or overlapped with only the interurban siding between them so this seems logical doesn't it. http://tinyurl.com/2cb958 this map shows that small trestle under which was the Chartiers Creek! I have seen photos of interurbans crossing this trestle but can't find one now can I.

I checked your November photos right today. But how can be the Creek
improperly located? It seems to me that it went originally along the
substation between PRCo and RR right of ways and later was relocated to the
left of the former car barn site.

Yes. Did you see the pix that I sent from my own private investigation in
November? Now in the photo you sent, I believe Chartiers Creek is improperly
located. The creek was to the right(in your photo) of the substation. I know
because, although it was not too wide, I still couldn't get across to take
closeup photos of the old Substation. The path(what looks like a path) going
north and south to the left of the industrial building was the old RR ROW(I
want to say Pennsy). This is where I found a rail spike that was probably
from the RR, not the interurban. I want to go back again with some boots on
to get across the creek. But Ed has warned me not to get too close to the
Sub. as bricks may fall down. Doesn't look like it will be too long before
it does indeed colapse.
When I took my photos in November, I was standing to the southwest of the
Sub. to the left of the old RR ROW on the edge of the creek.
