[PRCo] Trafford Loop

A relatively short time ago, there was discussion on the opening of the PRCo
loop at Trafford (11-19-44).  I had commented that the initial operation was
counterclockwise, and there was some speculation that this was probably
temporary.
 
Another photo has surfaced showing the same counterclockwise operation
nearly a year later, on 10-21-45.  So much for "temporary."
