The stub-end track down State Street in Media PA is all single track.  Then
I don't know if Media is "urban" or if you could consider Kawasakis
streetcars.

Isn't there single track street operation on Sharon Hill?  It is within the
Philadelphia urbanized area.  
 
(But I could very well be having a senior moment with this possible
recollection)
