I believe that the official name of the "East St. Bridge" (which runs east
from the old 21-Fineview layover stop on Charles St.) is the Swindell
Bridge.  This bridge is OVER East St. which carried routes 10, 11 and 12;
route 15 wasn't in the area of the East St. Bridge (15 started/ended in West
View and was continuous with route 10).
