l illusion and the guy is not quite=0A=A0as close to the wires as it looks.=
 The TT wires come around the corner from a=0A cut-back "short turn" at tha=
t location. That's why you see the curve segments.=0A But those wires cut t=
he corner kind of=A0close=A0at that spot. I'd say he's two to=0A three feet=
 from the wires. Next time I'm at that intersection, I'll check it out.=0A=
=A0=0ADid you know the city actually greased the poles to prevent such acti=
vity! =0AEither they forgot that one or that guy is really good! Philly TV =
newscasts =0Ashowed workers greasing the poles. This has been a problem=A0d=
