I got tired of reading it. I was one of the people whom they
accidentally trapped in their phone survey. If you didn't answer
the questions with the programmed answers you were told, we don't
have that answer in our system ... try again. I told them if they
didn't have all the possible answers, then some one designed a stupid
survey.
When they asked me if I would ride it, I told them, hell no. They
said, don't you come down town? Sure I do. Every week. And I park
in front of the store I'm going to. Get what I want and leave.
Why should I delay an extra hour to ride the trolley and then pay to
park too?
