Here is my sister's response:
"Well, I don't know the answer either.  Seems to me that when I was  
in college, I recall a concert there with the organ.  And, I've seen  
pictures of the organ pipes (or the fake ones).  However, I don't  
recall any mention of it in the last 20-30 years.

And I started the internet research but it is too complicated a task  
and I want to work on Pittsburgh Railways route cards today.   If you  
find an answer on the internet, tell me please.
