Those of you who do have accurate things worth publishing should look
into lulu.com. There is no up-front cost at all. A 286 page hardcover
book on an aspect of computer history that another fellow and I wrote
sells for $27, which is not bad. Lulu prints and ships copies on
demand.

Just because it is in print or on television does not make it true. I
deplore folks who steal and that what this is. It is not hard to get
permission.
I have not seen the other volumes, but can virtually guarantee he stole
things from the PTM book on Armstrong County along with many other
images.
Bruce Wells has commented that Ron borrowed things from Art Ellis, never
gave credit and never returned them.
He does not have the money to print the other 2 volumes, he told me he
took
out a 2nd mortgage to print the first.
