The message and the pictures were forwarded by Adam Mattern, who is  
on the board of Lancaster Streetcar Company.   The ex Philadelphia  
Car is on display in Lancaster as a fund raising scheme to drum up  
interest in the proposed streetcar line in this city.    The  
photographs were sent through AOL; if you cannot view them after  
Derrick's server does it's thing ... ask me to resend to your home e- 
mail address.
While I favor public transport, I also think there are better places  
at this point in time to put our money.
