Here's another example of "need" that's been going on for past quarter century. This is Sharon, but problem is statewide. Amounts to about 30% of the shared ride reservations in the Allentown area. Guess who pays for the no-shows and cancellations.
It's a great benefit, but there is no accountability.

There was also an article from the Pittsburgh paper about the North Shore connector project going over budget.
