That was my suspicision about a nano-second after hitting the send key, even if Fred did use a comma.
And then went back and again re-calculated the square footage of our home, just in case I had screwed up.
Still, Fred's thesis is valid. Per capita energy consumption is greater in the US. But energy costs are also lower in the US.
