First thought was Glenwood bridge, but not sure of background and thought Glenwood bridge might have been more substantial.  

 

But then where did Shaefer Motor Coach operate?  Not my neighborhoods.  Wasn't it west of Pittsburgh somewhere around Ambridge or Coraopolis?  Are we looking at a bridge between Neville Island and the south bank of Ohio River, and given the curve of the overhead wire, this could be the bridge at the east or Fleming Park loop end of Neville Island, from Neville Island towards Island Ave.

 

This is just a guess.  Perhaps we can impose, once again, on Derrick to check out the location (hilltop in background would not have moved) as possible site - unless this view 'rings a bell' with someone else.
