When Mr.Swartz found the latter URL matched the Penn Pilot layout
I then recalled the first photo and deduced these two photos 'possibly'
taken at the same time.
How would you reroute the Wylie and Fifth Ave trolleys when 5 is
completely blocked between Grant and Smithfield?
