Maybe the Sept. 1966 Sunday detours were the last PLANNED use of the 10th 
St. Bridge as a bypass.  The 10th St. Bridge and the 10th & Carson Streets 
intersection were busy spots for photography that month.  I believe that 
some of my B&W photos from 9/66 are posted on this site's archives.  I had 
only a flatbed scanner when I posted those photos 8-10 years ago, so I don't 
think I ever posted any color slides.
